All Sales Are Final

Each item is handmade to order, meaning every piece is unique and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders once they are placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must contact me within 2 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

I will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at my discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if work has not yet started. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible. Once I begin crafting your item, cancellations are not possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please check the tracking details and contact the shipping carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out.
