Order Processing & Crafting Time

All items are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is unique and crafted with care. Since I personally create every item, processing times may vary. Orders will be completed and shipped as soon as possible. If any unexpected delays arise, I will reach out to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via USPS using the selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over $100-150.

Order Updates & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Handmade Processing

Since each item is made by hand, processing times may vary based on order volume and material availability. If your order takes longer than expected, I will notify you directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 2 days of delivery, and I will work to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me, and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
